Dr. O'Neil has served on the faculties of five universities and has spoken to dental and orthodontic groups throughout North America, Australia, and Japan. His articles have appeared in Dental Economics, The Journal of Clinical Orthodontics, and The American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. Dr. O'Neil is a nationwide recipient of the Pegasus Award for Creativity from the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education. He is also an adviser to the Torrance Center for Creativity at the University of Georgia and has served as Director of Practice Administration for leading orthodontic graduate programs.
